Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen (Standard or Express). Standard shipping is always free in Italy.

Return or exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate the return/exchange, contact our customer service team , who will provide you with all the instructions to complete the process.

Returns are free only in Italy and refundable within the European Union. Returns from outside the EU are the customer's responsibility. Exchanges are free only in Italy.

As manufacturers, we can go the extra mile: make them to order, with variations in color, materials, or details, based on your tastes.
Production takes approximately 10 working days and a surcharge is applied based on the request.
