Yes, you can pay your order directly to the courier in cash upon delivery, the service is free and is active only in Italy for Express shipments, orders with DHL Express shipping and outside of Italy are excluded.

In case of refusal, Klarna will inform you directly and you will be able to choose another payment method to complete the order.
Payment is taken when you confirm your order. For installment payments with Klarna, you will follow the plan you choose. For cash on delivery, you will pay the exact amount to the courier upon delivery.
If you return a product, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. For installment payments with Klarna, the plan will be automatically updated or cancelled. For cash on delivery, you will need to provide us with your bank details to process the refund.
