How do I find my size?

Measure your foot and consult the chart: for example, if it measures 27.4 cm, choose the size that ranges from 27.3 to 27.5 cm—that is, a size 42. Keep in mind that moccasins, since they don't have laces, fit a little looser. The material also plays a role: a suede model will be softer and will adapt more easily, while a brushed leather will offer a more rigid structure initially.

How do I know my measurement in cm/inch?

To correctly measure your foot, place it on a piece of paper placed on the floor, making sure you're standing upright and distributing your weight evenly. Using a pencil, mark the furthest point of your heel and the furthest point of your big toe (or longest toe, if different). Then measure the distance between the two marks with a ruler or tape measure: this will be your reference point to compare with the size chart.

Shipping

The cost of shipping varies depending on the destination and the type of delivery chosen (Standard or Express). Standard shipping is always free in Italy.

International shipments outside the European Union

Return or exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the products within 30 days from the delivery date. The products must be returned intact, unused and in the original packaging. Returns are free only within the European Union. Returns from outside the EU are the customer's responsibility. Exchanges are free only in Italy.
